Professionals - Submitting your work to GBA has never been so painless, it's as easy as 1.) filling out the forms 2.) browse/select/upload your media files 3.) review/and checkout. The whole process is accomplished completely online.
1.) First thing to do, fill out the registration completely as possible. Remember this is a competition and all the information we ask for is important in one regard or another, especially if you happen to be a winner and your work, name and company is published and archived in our library for industry perusal.
Note: All Entrants in professional categories must be 18 years old or older.
Once you have submitted your registration information you will receive an confirmation email which when you click the link will bring you back to the site where you can begin submitting your work.

TIP: prepare all your media files for upload and a text file with all your information beforehand - keep it all in one folder for easy access.
2.) Select your main category, solo, campaign, design, etc. from the drop down menu.
3.) Select the media category from the selection in the next drop down menu. You have now set the category parameters under which your work will be judged.
Now we need to know about your work...Title, who the client is, when it was published, description and credits....

4.) Add your URL. This is important of course if you are submitting a website for the judges to review. Also a good alternative if you are having problems uploading, your videos and images may also be previewed from an online location.
5.) Make sure your description is thorough and to the point. We can't say it enough, this is a competition and the judges need to be clear on what your work is trying to do. Think about what you want to say carefully and make your pitch to the judge as though he was your client.
We apologize, but all descriptions must be in English.
Note: Computer translation is not an effective way to do your English translation. Your best bet is using human translation services, some are free others have a minimal fee.
6.) Credits should be listed by name and job title (industry standard titles). Please be aware that the credits will be listed on trophies and certificates in the same exact order they are listed in the submission form. The top four credits will be listed on trophies and up to 16 names and titles will be listed on certificates.
7.) UPLOAD your work. Our upload modules convert most standard image and video files for our use. Please let us know if you are having any problems.
NEXT... Your first submission is now complete and you may either move on to the next page where you may start the process over as often as you like until you have submitted all the work you intend to enter to the competition – or – you may go on to check out and pay the fee(s) invoice.
Once you have checked out, your submissions are final and you will not be able to edit any information. The only info editable is that of your registration profile.
Thanks for submitting your work and Good Luck, we hope to see you in Bangkok, November 2011.
